Brief profile : Dr. Richa Pandit has 15 years of blended experience of corporate and industry. Her areas of research are consumer behavior, service marketing and marketing research. She has published 50 plus research papers in international and national journals. She has attended many conferences and seminars. She has published three books.  She has also been appointed as reviewer in various journals. She has taken many corporate and research consultancy work.
